Pot holes are old stuff in Ohio, and Newark never escapes a winter without a new epidemic.
I don't remember that they were any worse than any other year when I shot this photo in the 60's, but my boss wanted a photo of a pot hole and this is how I did it.
I believe the mannequin head and hands were borrowed from the old Carroll's Department store.
